About the Program:

The United Strides Club is a free weekly walking club hosted by the Cumberland County Office on Aging & Disabled. Open to adults 60 and older of all fitness levels, participants are welcome to walk at their own pace. Just 30 minutes of walking per day can improve heart health, balance, memory, and brain function.

This program is free to participate in. Participants are encouraged to consult their physician prior to participating.
