Exterior Grounds Cleaning

Join our team as an EXTERIOR Grounds Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of exterior cleaning functions. Your attention to detail will ensure our mall meets high standards of presentation.

EXTERIOR DUTIES

• Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal from our exterior bins and spot picking any loose trash.
• Gather any loose shopping carts and return to the proper store location.
• Assist with custodial responsibilities related to industrial cleaning and commercial facility maintenance such as power washing exteriors
• Support projects or minor repairs as needed to enhance facility appearance
• Maintain cleanliness standards by adhering to safety protocols and using proper handling techniques for cleaning chemicals
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or repair

Skills

• All weather exterior position
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, walking, and performing manual tasks over extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
